  • Cost calculations from land to components for the customer

  • Investigation of many options for building a greenfield site

  • Creation of the basis for decision-making for the management board (shareholder)

  • Structure of all presentations for the board and customers

  • Implementation of greenfield's on site in the branch plants

  • Construction process for a Porsche bumper had to be realized in Belgium

  • For this the construction of a painting line over 2 floors

  • Development of a new injection molding process for the Porsche bumper

  • Implementation of the material flow taking into account the existing material flow
