Processes: purchase, aluminum die casting, mechanical processing, cleaning, assembly, leak testing, packaging, shipping, etc.

Products: cylinder heads, gear housings, crankshaft housings etc.

Customers: Daimler, BMW, VW, many automotive suppliers such as ZF and others

My mandate: interim management of maintenance

Starting basis:

• Head of Maintenance leaves the company on a short notice

• All maintenance management tasks must continue

• Customer projects needed to be planned and processed

• Tests, approvals and maintenance had to be coordinated and scheduled

• Appointments with sub-suppliers had to be coordinated and scheduled

• Team Management and shift schedules had to be created

• SAP knowledge was imperative to create additional preventive maintenance

• Machine connections for a new customer project had to be planned and implemented
